�鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University leadership and donors known as the Renaissance Scholars Society will gather to commemorate 50 years of education abroad in Florence, Italy, during the first week of October.

The following new members have been appointed to the �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ Alumni Association National Board of Directors for a three-year term, which began July 1: Jeff Guritza, of Brecksville, Ohio, is the vice president of marketing at SOPREMA USA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ in 1994.

The �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University alumni family grew by nearly 1,200 new graduates as the university held its summer commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2023 were recognized with outdoor commencement ceremonies on Aug. 19.

On May 18-19, the university community will celebrate �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University’s 113th birthday with its annual Day of Giving. 

The �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University alumni family will grow by about 5,500 new graduates as the university holds its spring commencement ceremonies. 

Gail Pavliga, ’91, MA ’98, Ph.D., is a good listener, a quality that has been the common thread throughout her life as a student, mother, therapist and, most recently, state representative for Ohio House District 72.

Dr. Josh Wilder, who received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University’s College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016, looks to outwit, outplay and outlast the other contestants on Season 44 of “Survivor.”

Nearly 150 Golden Flashes hopped down the hills of Front Campus for �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ’s first-ever alumni glow-in-the-dark egg hunt, Bunnies and Brews, on Friday, March 31.

The �鶹��Ƶ������ȫ University Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA ’80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.
