The College of Arts and Sciences Student Advisory Council announces that Dr. Mark Cassell of the Political Science Department has been selected for the 2012-2013 Arts and Sciences Distinguished Teacher Award. Dr. Robert Twieg of the Chemistry Department and Jillian Kiska of the鈥Diane Gilliam, author of the Wick chapbook Recipe for Blackberry Cake, was recently awarded the $50,000 Gift of Freedom Award from A Room of Her Own Foundation.
