The One Stop for Student Services will serve as a single point of contact for student customer services previously provided at the Bursar, Registrar and Student Financial Aid offices.

Kratcoski Sr., Department of Sociology and Criminology at 鶹Ƶȫ University at Stark, delivered a presentation titled “Offender-victim Relationships for Crimes Against Older Persons” at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri, on March 22, 2017. Tucked into a windowed gallery overlooking the bustling intersection of the Lefton Esplanade at Terrace Drive, the new ARTshop, operated by the 鶹Ƶȫ University School of Art, might be small in size but the thinking behind it is big-picture.
鶹Ƶȫ University’s Center for Applied Conflict Management is transforming into a new School of Peace and Conflict Studies this month. The change better reflects 鶹Ƶȫ’s reputation as a leading institution of research, teaching and practice in constructive conflict management, and elevates the center from a unit within the Department of Political Science to a school in the College of Arts and Sciences.
After a year of renovations, Taylor Hall will reopen for classes on Monday, Aug. 28. The schools of Communication Studies and Visual Communication Design share the space in the modernized, four-floor building. The May 4 Visitors Center also calls Taylor Hall home and will reopen with normal hours on Sept.
The 鶹Ƶȫ University Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university’s 13th president.
The events of May 4, 1970, placed 鶹Ƶȫ University in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, 鶹Ƶȫ remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
