Police Services

The police department is comprised of of both sworn law enforcement officers and civilian support staff to include twenty-one patrol officers, three detectives, two K9 officers, Auxiliary Service Officers, administrative personnel, IT specialists, and a fully-staffed, multi-jurisdictional communications center.  Officers have full police authority in the State of Ohio, and the campus is patrolled 24 hours a day, every day of the year.  Officers utilize cruisers, bikes, utility vehicles and foot to patrol campus and other university owned property.     

Threatline

Threatline is an anonymous messaging tool used to tell the Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« University Police about non-urgent suspicious/concerning activity occurring on the KSU campus. Access our Threatline page to read more and report. 

Clery Compliance

Information and statistics collected by the university for Clery reporting purposes include the Daily Crime Log, Fire Log, and the Annual Security Reports for all Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« campuses.
