Kent Blossom Faculty Member Joela Jones to Retire from The Cleveland Orchestra

Come dressed in your Halloween best for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« University Orchestra’s Oct. 31, 3 p.m. concert. The members of the orchestra will be decked out in costume, performing spooky, family-friendly favorites. Candy will be handed out at the end of the performance to kick off Kent city’s official trick-or-treat that night.

Music Education Faculty and Doctoral Students Share Research at National Symposium

Corresponding adjustments have been made to pricing, and new subscription packages have been created to keep concerts affordable and accessible.
Jasmine Hines to Join Glauser School Music Education Faculty Fall 2021
Beginning this fall, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« University Glauser School of Music will welcome Jasmine Hines to the music education department as an assistant professor. Her appointment in the newly created position follows a rigorous national search with a specialty in choral music education.
