Global Safari Fest is the new name of what was previously called International Homecoming Celebration. It’s a large-scale event that fills the Kent Student Center Ballroom with cultural performances, international tabling displays and a global buffet featuring tastes from around the world.

All of the students from Rwanda who are currently attending Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« came out to welcome Claudette Irere, the Rwandan Minster of State for Education when she came to Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« to discuss adding additional program partnerships to her African nation.

Working Toward the Olympics – and a Graduate Degree at Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ«
In May, student-athlete Gabby Bailey completed her master's degree at Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« while also pursuing her dream of competing in the Olympics with support from her coach and Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« Athletics.
