Title: Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Scope: To allow a student majoring in Engineering to work in a manufacturing setting while attending college to gain practical on the job training experience.

Position Details:

路 Working along experienced Manufacturing Engineers

路 Working in a teamwork environment to achieve goals

路 Working in a capacity focused on schedule attainment

路 Conducting work directed related to basic Manufacturing Engineering principles and practices, including:

Work area layout development (Auto CAD)

Work area relocation prep work

Work area establishment and development (6S)

Tooling requirement evaluations to support assembly

Audits for safety processes and procedures (Work Instructions)

Workstation / assembly line workload balancing

Time studies if required.

 Part location planning and development (A plan for every part)

Part location maintenance (within the JDE operating system)

Audits for part location accuracy

Flexible work hours to accommodate and work with / around school schedules

 

Arcitell LLC 3D Ink, Printer Operator 

  • Sugarcreek, OH 

    Job Summary: Arcitell LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3D Ink Printer Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our Custom-made 3D ink printer, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining the printer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design software, particularly Photoshop, and demonstrate proficiency in computer operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate and monitor the 3D ink printer to ensure optimal performance and output quality.

    Learn and apply printer-specific software and programs for efficient production workflows.

    Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the printer to ensure consistent functionality.

    Prepare and manage print files, ensuring all designs meet specifications before production.

    Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance product quality.

    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques in 3D printing.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in printing or design is a plus.

    Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with other design software is an advantage.

    Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

    Must not be colorblind; ability to distinguish between colors is essential for quality control.

    Comfortable working in a factory setting, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
